I have had my license since the summer, but I don't really drive very much. I don't love to drive, I would rather ride shotgun so whenever I can I have someone else drive me around. I am not really sure why I don't like to drive, it just isn't a big deal to me. So because I don't drive much, when I DO have to drive I do not know my way around very well. So my mom woke me up this morning and said "Hey were going for a drive". So I got ready and my mom had to go to Walmart so we went there first. Now let me tell you something. Driving on the parkway on a Saturday is NOT fun! There is so much traffic it is nuts! There are so many lights, and you just keep starting and stopping and starting and stopping...so we finally got to Walmart and I had to park like a mile away from the store because it is mobbed! Walmart on a Saturday is NOT fun either! Why, may I ask, do people feel they need to bring their entire family to walmart on a Saturday? There are these people with like 5 kids hanging off the cart blocking all the isles! Is that really necessary? So after maneuvering through Walmart we finally left Walmart and I drove around some more before finally going home. So some advice? If at all possible avoid Walmart/the Parkway on a Saturday!

haha omg I love driving on the parkway! People are nuts and I get a kick out of watching them getting mad and driving like crazy. I also like to beep the horn soo that's the perfect place! I get such dirty looks and some naughty hand gestures but I just laugh. hmm the only advice I could give you is to stay away if you don't like it or go earlier in the day on a weekday.
haha wow I totally agree. It's completely nuts. Not to mention the 50 lights on there. And esp at the sams club intersection, that's probably the worst place ever :). And when you hit all red lights, it's not fun. So yeah the parkway sucks :)
I definitely know what you mean. Walmart on the weekends is almost scary. The parkway can get pretty bad too, especially during the holidays. I got stuck in traffic for over an hour once last winter - not fun. I never plan to leave the house the weekend before Christmas again, haha.
